Lisa Grimm and Minji Choi sat down with Jeff to share exciting news about a pilot mentoring program with the UMSL Business School. They are 1 of 10 different pairings that have been testing out the curriculum that will be offered to future students and mentors as part of the Emerging Marketers Mentoring Program. Both Lisa and Minji share their experiences as being part of the program and the success it has given Minji.
BIOGRAPHY – Lisa Grimm
Lisa Grim is the Vice President at 10X Studios, in St. Louis, Missouri. She has P&L responsibility for the agency’s web services, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and graphic design. As well as making key decisions concerning the development, investments, and organizational communication.
During her 20-year career, Lisa has held positions at Build-A-Bear Workshop, UniGroup Inc. (parent company of United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit), British Petroleum, Hitachi Consumer Electronics and The United Nations. In an agency capacity, she worked with reputable brands such as Miracle Recreation Playground Equipment, Oshkosh/Pierce Defense, Fire and Emergency Vehicles, Nautique Boats by Correct Craft, Nutro Pet Food and Vespa Scooters. She holds an MBA from the International University of Japan and a bachelor’s degree from Webster University in Vienna, Austria.
BIOGRAPHY – Minji Choi
Minji is a marketing student at the University of Missouri-St. Louis also pursuing a minor in digital marketing. She has worked with the marketing club as a public chair, creating events and promoting those events to students.
Colleagues know her as a highly creative marketer who can always talk with people and take initiative with hard tasks. She understands how marketing and social media work together and is eager to learn a new approach.
