Karen Martinez, the Manager of Development for Customer Innovation and Support at the University of Kansas Medical Center, hired AJi to look at how her team of 8 developers interacted with customers during the course of a project—and recommend improvements to the process.
The Results and Experience
AJi successfully facilitated a new, common process of touchpoints between developers and clients that resulted in better collaborations—as well as provided recommendations to significantly improve the process. “We all felt like it was a success and very helpful,” Martinez said.

Projects We Have Completed
- Training on Team Foundation Server—trained the software development team on the uses and administration of MS Team Foundation Server.
- NDNQI Database—Improved software to enhance quality metrics, using the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI).
- New Development Process—Facilitated a new development process to expedite work between clients and developers.
