Jessi Bixler, Customer Experience Manager
Jessi Bixler is a Customer Experience Manager here at AJi. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Interactive Digital Media and Visual Imaging. Her main focus is new client and project engagements.
She has previously worked at a construction company and a manufacturing company where her role was similar in regards to helping clients implement new website or custom app solutions. The difference with AJi is that she works with multiple clients instead of just one. “I love interacting with many companies and departments in each company as well as talking with the stakeholders involved in a project to fully understand everyone’s needs and putting the pieces together to present a well-rounded solution.”

Jessi enjoys the River Market area and the restaurants and shops it has and feels that are truly hidden gems. “Since the businesses in the River Market area are smaller, they’ve built a business model around providing quality over quantity, similar to AJi.”
“I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and decided to go to college in Missouri but didn’t expect to build a life here. After college I moved back to Omaha for a year for a job, but Kansas City drew me in!”
In Jessi’s spare time her husband, Chad and two children, Lincoln and Aria consume the majority of her free time. “When I’m not tending to them, I love to do yoga, exercise and try new wine and food. They encourage me to be a strong person, wife and mom and to lead a grateful life.”
