Tawnya Ace, Project Experience Manager

Tawnya was born in Kirksville, Missouri but raised in Kansas City where she lived close to the Royals Stadium and could see the glow of the jumbo tron from her house.  She loves photography and editing pictures.  Tawnya said, “There is always a story somewhere wanting to be told.”  She’s a perfect fit for her new role at AJi as the Project Experience Manager, which includes creative tasks as well as project management.  “I like to create and make a unique and enjoyable experience for the client.”

Tawnya has her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and worked part-time as a substitute teacher while raising her children Haylee who is 11 and Logan who is 9.  Tawnya also has a husband of 11 years, Rob.  Being the oldest of 6 siblings, some people say she has eyes in the back of her head!

One of AJi’s core values is helping people who can provide nothing in return, this is also one of Tawnya’s core values.  “I believe in helping wherever needed whether it’s my job or not.  I believe people should help one another if they have the ability even if they don’t get credit for doing it.  Everyone has problems, sometimes all we need is support.”

“AJi is a very friendly and outgoing place. I love the positive, fun and outgoing atmosphere. Everyone is a team and works together. With daily stand ups, everyone is always aware of what is going on with other team members. There is always something new to learn or expand on. No day is the same and that is something I love. Learning new things is part of what keeps the excitement going.”
